Replenish Critical Vitamin B12 Levels to Restore Your Heart, Brain, Immunity and More

Vitamin B12 plays a critical role in your nerve function, cognitive performance, cardiovascular health, immune strength and much more. But it’s a water-soluble essential vitamin, so your body doesn’t manufacture or store it. That’s why it’s no surprise that one in four adults over age 26 are B12 deficient.[i] Ultimate B12 Lozenges gives you a quick and extraordinarily effective way to boost your B12 blood levels. With these tiny, berry-flavored quick dissolve tabs, it’s never been easier to replenish your vitamin B12 each day.

True Results:

  • Restores healthy levels of essential vitamin B12 daily
  • Supports optimal brain and nervous system function[ii],[iii],[iv]
  • Lowers homocysteine levels for improved cardiovascular health[v],[vi]
  • Bolsters your immune system[vii]
  • Balances your mood and promotes healthy sleep[viii],[ix]

How Ultimate B12 Lozenges Works for You

Many of the symptoms commonly associated with aging are also linked to vitamin B12 deficiency. Noticing memory and mental clarity issues? Not as nimble anymore? Experiencing tingling or numbness in your extremities? Feeling fatigued? Trouble dealing with daily stress? Missing a good night’s sleep? These issues and more could be caused by low blood levels of vitamin B12!

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is one of the most critical dietary nutrients for your good health. It plays an essential role in hundreds of processes that keep your body functioning at its best, including cellular energy production, nerve performance and sensation, brain health and cognition, mood and sleep regulation, immune system function, and even modulating levels of homocysteine—an amino acid that contributes to the inflammation that impairs cardiovascular health.

However, your body doesn’t synthesize vitamin B12 on its own, and as you age it becomes harder to absorb from dietary sources, such as meat, fish, dairy and eggs. Also, if you are a vegetarian or a vegan, you are at even higher risk of B12 deficiency.[x] All told, B12 deficiency is astonishingly common, especially if you’re over age 60. Some research indicates as much as 60% of the elderly population has vitamin B12 deficiency.[xi]

Ultimate B12 Lozenges gives you a powerful 5,000 mcg dose of vitamin B12 in the highly absorbable methyl cobalamin form. It’s the most convenient, efficient and cost-effective way to restore your vitamin B12 levels so you can feel and function your best each day.

Feature Benefit—Reduced homocysteine levels for better brain and cardiovascular health

One of the most beneficial roles vitamin B12 plays in your body is converting dangerous homocysteine into a harmless amino acid. Without enough vitamin B12 in your system, the level of homocysteine increases, resulting in more oxidative stress and inflammation, and a reduction in the nitric oxide levels that are essential for proper vascular function.

These factors can negatively affect several health areas, including cardiovascular health, cognition and brain health, eye health, hearing and bone density.[xii]  But the good news is, you can easily lower homocysteine levels by increasing your vitamin B12 intake.[xiii]

Feature BenefitImproved sensation, movement, balance and coordination

Vitamin B12 is essential to the makeup of the myelin sheathe that insulates and protects your nerve cells, helping them to transmit information from your brain to all areas of your body. Restoring B12 levels can address numerous neurological issues, including improving feeling in your extremities, arm and leg strength, balance and coordination.

An open uncontrolled study evaluated 141 subjects with clinical cobalamin deficiency and neurological problems, including diminished vibration sense, numbness of the extremities, balance and coordination issues, memory loss, and weakness of the arms and legs. Treatment with cobalamin produced significant improvements in neurological symptoms and B12 blood cell parameters, as well as some decreases in blood markers for B12 deficiency, including elevated methylmalonic acid (MMA) and homocysteine levels.[xiv]

Feature Benefit—Enhanced sleep and alertness

Enhanced-sleep-alertness

In a double-blind, comparison trial, researchers investigated the effects of low (30 mcg) and high dosage (6,000 mcg) methyl cobalamin supplementation on the sleep-wake cycle in a group of 48 subjects with sleeping problems. Participants kept a sleep diary for 4 weeks before the study and maintained it through the 8-week trial.  The low dose did not increase vitamin B12 levels over the normal level over the course of the trial, and thus served as a control group. Subjects taking the high dose of B12 reported a significant improvement in general sleep symptoms and improved mood at the time of waking.[xv]

Feature Benefit—Better mood

Your mood is largely influenced by the balance of chemicals in your body. And low vitamin B12 levels, as well as the related increase in homocysteine levels, alter specific chemical reactions relating to neurotransmitters and phospholipids that regulate mood. So, improving your B12 levels can also significantly improve your mood.

In a study of 391 adults aged 64-91 with no signs of major depression or dementia, researchers examined blood vitamin B12, folate and homocysteine levels and participants’ responses to questionnaires on well-being and life satisfaction. Results showed that higher levels of cobalamin and folate were associated with positive mental health in healthy, cognitively normal adults.[xvi]

Feature Delivery System—Tiny, Pleasant-Tasting Quick-Dissolve Tabs

It was once widely believed that only intramuscular injections were effective for correcting vitamin B12 deficiencies.  But now there are numerous studies demonstrating that oral supplementation can produce the same, or better, results.[xvii]

One recent study examined the differences between the injection and oral therapies in a group of vitamin B12 deficient subjects with neurological complaints. Researchers divided 33 subjects into two groups: group 1 received a course of nine 1,000 mcg injections over a 4-month period; group 2 received 2,000 mcg orally daily for the same period.

After 4 months, vitamin B12 levels improved in both groups, and all subjects with neurological issues improved or had their symptoms cleared. In addition, elevated homocysteine levels—a sign of vitamin B12 deficiencywere significantly decreased in both groups, though the oral supplements produced greater results. Overall, those taking the oral supplements had blood cobalamin levels 3 times greater than those on the standard injections.[xviii]
