Super CoQ10 Plus
Deliver triple antioxidant power to your heart and cells with advanced CoQ10, resveratrol and quercetin*
You likely know that Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is the key ingredient for creating 95 percent of your energy, most of which is used by your heart and brain. As you enter your 30s, your body’s natural CoQ10 levels begin to decline, making it critical to supplement with CoQ10. The key, however, is to make sure the CoQ10 you use is the form your body can easily absorb and use.*
Super CoQ10 Plus gives you 100 mg daily of MicroActive® CoQ10—the form guaranteed to double your levels—plus resveratrol and quercetin, outstanding antioxidants with well-known heart and brain benefits. The result is a cardiovascular powerhouse that helps you nourish your heart, fuel your cells, and rejuvenate your body.*

How Super CoQ10 Plus Works for You
Did you know that without CoQ10 your cells would not survive? That’s because it’s the only thing that converts your food into the energy that fuels every cell in your body. As you age, however, your body’s natural production of CoQ10 slows. Diet and stress can further deplete your CoQ10 levels, as can the use of statin drugs.*
Supplemental CoQ10 replenishes your levels of this critical nutrient, but research has found that most CoQ10 supplements are not being properly absorbed by the body. You see, CoQ10 molecules are bulky—too large for your cells to absorb. Also, CoQ10 is fat-soluble, and as a result, difficult to transport through the digestive system.*
But now there’s an advanced form of CoQ10, called MicroActive® CoQ10, clinically shown to be absorbed by 100% of the study participants, doubling blood levels in just two weeks. Even better, MicroActive® CoQ10 provides sustained release over a 24-hour period so that your cells get a steady supply of CoQ10 that they can use all day long.*
Energize your cells plus give them outstanding protection against free radicals*
While the energizing benefit of CoQ10 on its own is incredible, CoQ10 is also a potent antioxidant that protects your cells from free-radical damage. When it comes to your heart, it needs all the protection it can get. That’s why our research team added resveratrol and quercetin to the MicroActive® CoQ10 in Super CoQ10 Plus, giving you triple protection for your heart—and every other cell in your body.*
The team selected resveratrol and quercetin because of the research on their specific benefits to your heart, making them the perfect complements to CoQ10—and making Super CoQ10 Plus the ultimate heart-focused antioxidant supplement.*
- MicroActive® CoQ10 (100 mg)
MicroActive CoQ10 is the most advanced form of CoQ10 available. With MicroActive® CoQ10 each CoQ10 molecule is bound with beta-cyclodextrin, a compound made from potato starch. This helps to increase the solubility of CoQ10 and allows for easier transport through your digestive system. It also ensures that absorption is not dependent on the presence of fat.*
Several studies have demonstrated MicroActive® CoQ10’s superior bioavailability. One study found that MicroActive® CoQ10 raised levels 58% higher than solubilized (softgels) CoQ10 and 270% higher than crystalline CoQ10. In addition, MicroActive® CoQ10 was shown to be universally absorbed by 100% of the study participants. And, MicroActive® CoQ10 was shown to provide sustained release over a 24-hour period, to give your cells the steady stream of fuel they need to function at their best.*
- Trans-Resveratrol (30 mg)
Resveratrol is a beneficial nutritional compound found in grapes, red wine, purple grape juice, peanuts, and some berries. Trans-resveratrol is the form predominantly found in red wine, and is also the preferred and highly stable form of resveratrol used in Super CoQ10 Plus.*
Many researchers believe that the resveratrol in red wine is the answer to the French Paradox—the catchphrase used to describe the observation that despite a diet higher in saturated fat, the French live longer and have lower rates of heart concerns compared to their American counterparts.*
Preliminary studies have found that resveratrol has antioxidant and cardioprotective properties. Human research shows that resveratrol promotes heart health by supporting already healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It’s also been shown to support healthy blood flow, brain and endothelial health.*
- Quercetin (150 mg)
Quercetin is a plant flavonoid and potent antioxidant found in fruits, vegetables and grains. Onions, garlic, and apples (with the skin on) are good sources of the nutrient, but it would be difficult to reach the necessary, benefit-inducing, levels of quercetin through diet alone. This makes supplementation a popular option.*
Research suggests that quercetin supports mitochondrial function and a proper inflammatory response. But where it really shines is in its ability to protect your endothelial lining, keeping your arteries flexible. This in turn supports healthy blood pressure levels.*
In addition, studies have also found that quercetin supports circulatory health by inhibiting platelet aggregation, which allows for healthy blood flow.*

Research Results
Featured Ingredient: MicroActive CoQ10
One human study compared the bioavailability of MicroActive® CoQ10 against the crystalline and solubilized (softgel) forms of CoQ10. The study included an acute phase (0-24 hours, single dose of 180 mg) and an accumulation phase (21 days, daily dose of 60 mg.)*
During the acute phase, five healthy subjects ingested either: MicroActive® CoQ10, crystalline CoQ10, or solubilized (softgel) CoQ10. The study was cross-over in design, meaning all subjects tested all formulations.*
The results of the acute phase showed that MicroActive® CoQ10 was 3 times better absorbed than crystalline CoQ10 and 2 times better absorbed than solubilized CoQ10 softgels. Additionally, MicroActive® CoQ10 showed a sustained release, meaning CoQ10 levels were still present 24 hours after dosing.*
During the accumulation phase, 22 healthy subjects were randomly divided into two groups. One group received MicroActive® CoQ10 and the other group was given solubilized CoQ10 softgels. After 3 weeks of use, CoQ10 levels had doubled in 100% of the study participants who were given MicroActive® CoQ10. In comparison, just 44% of the subjects taking solubilized CoQ10 softgels saw their CoQ10 levels double.1*
CoQ10 for Healthy Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels*
In a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 83 adults with blood pressure concerns were divided into two groups. One group received 120 mg of CoQ10 daily. The other was given a placebo. At the end of the study, the group that received CoQ10 experienced significant reductions in blood pressure levels.2*
In an open-label trial, 26 patients with blood pressure concerns were given 100 mg of CoQ10 daily for 10 weeks. At the end of treatment, improvements in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were seen. In addition, CoQ10 levels were significantly increased.3*
A randomized, double-blind, eight-week trial compared the effects of 120 mg of CoQ10 daily against a vitamin B complex on several markers of good health. The CoQ10 group demonstrated reductions in triglycerides. In addition, a significant increase in HDL levels was noted. Improvements in blood pressure levels were also seen.4*
CoQ10 for Energy Levels
One study examined CoQ10’s impact on fatigue and physical performance over an 8-day period. In the double-blinded, placebo-controlled study, 17 healthy subjects were divided into three groups. One group received 300 mg of CoQ10 daily. Another group was given 100 mg of CoQ10 per day. The third group received a placebo. Researchers found improved subjective fatigue sensation and physical performance during fatigue-inducing workload trials in the group that received 300 mg of CoQ10 compared to placebo.5*
Featured Ingredient: Resveratrol
A triple-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial reviewed resveratrol’s impact on heart health. 75 subjects were divided into three groups. One group received 350 mg of a resveratrol-enriched grape extract (GE-RES) daily containing 8 mg resveratrol. Another group was given a similar grape extract with no resveratrol (GE), and the final group received a placebo. After 6 months, the researchers found that the GE-RES group saw a significant decrease in LDL cholesterol.6*
In a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized, crossover study of 19 overweight people, study subjects consumed three doses of resveratrol (30 mg, 90 mg, and 270 mg) and a placebo at weekly intervals. One hour after consumption of the supplement, plasma resveratrol and flow-mediated dilatation of the brachial artery (FMD) were measured. FMD is a biomarker of endothelial function and cardiovascular health. The results showed that resveratrol significantly increased FMD and resveratrol levels in the blood.7*
Featured Ingredient: Quercetin
In a double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled study, 93 overweight volunteers ages 25-65 with metabolic syndrome took 150 mg a day of quercetin. The trial included 6-week treatment periods separated by a 5-week washout period. The results showed that those taking quercetin saw improvements in their LDL “bad” cholesterol, HDL “good” cholesterol, and systolic blood pressure compared to placebo.8*
In a human pilot study, quercetin was shown to offer cardioprotective effects against heart concerns, in particular, the smooth flow of blood. In the study, subjects took either 150 mg or 300 mg of quercetin daily. The researchers found that quercetin at both doses helped inhibit platelet aggregation, allowing arteries to stay open and blood to keep flowing.9*
